Timothy Alan Woods passed from this life on December 26, 2024 in Hardy, Arkansas. Timothy was born on January 29, 1974 to Patricia Lynn Woods and Glen Michael Parsons in Akron, Ohio. 

Timothy was united in marriage to Mary Ann Ellis. He spent his working years in construction as a roofer. Timothy leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Mary, children Matt, Cody, Shyanne, Kerya, Mariah, Tristan Ryder, and many grandkids, mother Patricia, and father Glen. No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home.
