Robert Lee Rich

Robert Lee Rich, 81, of Salem, Arkansas, passed from this life on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at West Plains, Missouri. Robert was born September 18, 1940, in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas, to the late George Rich and Ellen (Ivey) Rich.

Robert married Evelyn Sue Booth on December 30, 1960, and to this union three children were born.  Robert spent his working years as a tool grinder with Raytheon Aircraft in Wichita, Kansas.  Upon retirement Robert and Sue moved back home to Salem, Arkansas.  Robert was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, and friend.

Robert leaves to mourn his passing, son, Michael Rich of Salem, Arkansas; daughter, Kimberly Slater and husband Charles of Wichita, Kansas; two grandchildren, Cieara Kapaun and husband Dave of Wichita, Kansas and Brandon Slater and wife Kayla of Wichita, Kansas; one great granddaughter, Gracee Thompson; sister, Leona McDonald and husband Bill of Kansas City, Missouri; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife (Evelyn Sue Rich), parents (George Rich and Ellen Pendergrass), son (Rob Rich), brother (George Ray Rich).

There are no services scheduled at this time. Memorials may be made to the Stateline Cemetery Association in Moko, Arkansas.  Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
