Robert Dale Felts

Robert Dale Felts, 87, of Salem, Arkansas passed from this life on Sunday, March 19, 2023, in Salem, Arkansas. Robert was born March 24, 1935, to Wiley “Dick” Pierce Felts and Minnie Belle (Paschall) Felts in Viola, Arkansas.

Robert was united in marriage to Mary Madgeline Cherry on September 14, 1959, in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas. Robert spent his working years as a Computer Systems Analyst for the U. S. Government.  Robert enjoyed playing golf and loved spending time with his family and friends.  Robert was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, and friend.

Robert leaves to mourn his passing; son, Alan Felts of Salem, Arkansas; two daughters, Pam Smith of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Amber Clark (Jason) of Daphne, Alabama; three grandchildren, Jade LeAnn Clark of Daphne, Alabama, Alex Kiefer (Brittany) of Viola, Arkansas, and Sara Welch (Lee) of Norfork, Arkansas; four great grandchildren; brother, Kenny Felts (Barb) of Viola, Arkansas; sister, Janice Williams (Garry) of Viola, Arkansas; many other relatives and friends.  He is preceded in death by his wife, infant son (David Felts), parents, two sisters (Joyce Felts and Patsy Carroll), and brother (J.O. Felts).

There are no services scheduled at this time. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association.  Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home, LLC in Salem, Arkansas.
