Orville Lee Crotts, 80, of Elizabeth, Arkansas passed away on Monday, February 13, 2023, in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Orville was born November 21, 1942, to Lester Crotts and Marie (Roberts) Crotts in Elizabeth, Arkansas.
Orville was united in marriage to Beulah Joan Comstock on August 8, 1964, in Salem, Arkansas. Orville spent his working years as a heavy equipment operator for the Fulton County Road Department. He loved hunting, fishing, farming, and was of the Pentecostal faith. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend.
Orville leaves to mourn his passing; son, Charles Crotts and wife Therisa of Elizabeth, Arkansas; daughter, Loretta Lamere and husband Sean of Bauxite, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Justin Crotts (Melinda) of Rhea Valley, Arkansas, Haylee Crotts of Elizabeth, Arkansas, and Sarah Crotts (Stephanie) of Springfield, Missouri; three great grandchildren; sister, Lucille Porterfield of Pineville, Arkansas; special friend, Olene Davis of Salem, Arkansas; many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife, son (Vernon Crotts), parents, and three brothers (Austin Crotts, Virgil Crotts, and Carl Crotts).
Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Friday, February 17, 2023, at the Flora Cemetery in Viola, Arkansas with Jackie Comstock officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday, February 16th, 2023, at Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas. Interment will be in the Flora Cemetery in Viola, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Donnie Foster, Eddie Foster, Steve Williams, Jackie Comstock, Mark Montgomery, Phillip Huett, and Billy Porterfield. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home, LLC in Salem, Arkansas.
