Nicki Ray Weeks

Nicki Ray Weeks, 63, of Viola, Arkansas, passed away from this life on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at Viola, Arkansas.  Nicki was born April 7, 1959, in Henderson, Arkansas to James Thomas Weeks and Georgia Carrie (Camp) Weeks.

Nicki spent his working years as a heavy equipment operator doing construction.  Nicki loved spending time with his family and fishing.  He was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, friend, and was of the Baptist faith.  

Nicki leaves to mourn his passing, companion, Laura Carter of the home in Viola, Arkansas; two sons, Nicholas Ray Weeks (Tessie) of Henderson, Arkansas and Jessie Howen of Stevens Point, Wisconsin; daughter, Elizabeth Waldrup of Henderson, Arkansas; three grandchildren; brother, Ricki Weeks (Maria Kazmi) of Calico Rock, Arkansas; sister, Vicki Otwell of Jacksonville, Florida; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his son (James Thomas Weeks) and parents.

Visitation services will be 1:00-3:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.  Memorials may be given to a charity of your choice. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home, LLC in Salem, Arkansas.
