Mary Louise Blackwell

Mary Louise (Seaborn) Blackwell, age 73, departed this life on Sunday, October 28, 2018 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was born to the late Jodie and Ruth (Martin) Seaborn on November 18, 1944 in Harrisburg, Arkansas.

Mary was united in marriage to Willis Jerry Blackwell on April 5, 1962 in Concord, Arkansas and to this union a son was born. Mary was a homemaker and a foster grandparent for the Viola School system. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, friend and attended the Viola First Baptist Church

She leaves to mourn her passing, husband, Jerry Blackwell of Viola, Arkasnas; son, Joseph G. Blackwell and wife Caryn of Viola, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Ashli J. Blackwell of Batesville, Arkasnas and Adam Wayne Blackwell of Batesville, Arkansas; two brothers, Jodie L. Seaborn and wife Carol of Menomonee, Wisconsin and Jimmy Dale Seaborn of Jonesborn, Arkasnas; sister, Diane Mitchell of Memphis, Tennessee; many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother (Terry Wayne Seaborn).

Memorial service will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Viola First Baptist Church in Viola, Arkansas. Memorials may be made to the Viola First Baptist Church in Viola, Arkansas. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
