Larry James Busby, 72 of Salem, Arkansas, passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at Mountain Home, Arkansas. Larry was born to Edward James Busby and Edith Lillian (Robertson) Busby on September 10, 1951, in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Larry served his country in the United States National Guard and spent many of his working years in central supply at the Fulton County Hospital. Larry was united in marriage to Tammy Elizabeth Neal on March 28, 1992, in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas. He loved his family, hunting, and the internet. He was a very open minded and non-judgmental person. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father, and friend.
Larry leaves behind, wife, Tammy Busby of Salem, Arkansas; two sons, Corey Busby of Salem, Arkansas, and Eric Busby (Jillian) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; brother, Terry Busby (Monica) of Ocala, Florida; sister, Kathy Owen of Alvin, Texas; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers (Jack Daniel and Ronald Busby), and sister (Gail Busby).
No services are scheduled at this time. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital or Arkansas Childrens Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
