Ina Faye Cousins

Ina Faye (Branscum) Cousins, 79, of Salem, Arkansas, passed from this life on Monday, March 13, 2023, in Salem, Arkansas. Ina was born July 12, 1943, in Yale, Oklahoma to Corbie Nelson Branscum and Etta Maye (Whitehead) Branscum.

Ina spent her working years as a homemaker and was a member of the Saddle Baptist Church in Saddle, Arkansas. Ina loved her family dearly and enjoyed quilting, drawing, playing guitar, and singing. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend.

Ina leaves to mourn her passing, three sons, Corbie Eugene Smith of Salem, Arkansas, Tim Smith of Salem, Arkansas, and Odell Smith of Salem, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Brianna Smith and Izzac Smith (Samantha); three great-grandchildren, Gracie, Elizabeth, and Lindsey Smith; two brothers, Harold Branscum of Salem, Arkansas, and Corbie Branscum (Debbie) of Salem, Arkansas; two sisters, Elsie Henslee of Wiseman, Arkansas, and Betty Blackwell of Salem, Arkansas; many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother (Lehon Branscum).

Memorial services will be 10:00 A.M., Friday, March 17, 2023, at Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas with Bro. Jackie Dockins officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
