Gerald Quentin Church

Gerald Quentin Church, 87, of Salem, Arkansas passed from this life on Saturday, November 30, 2024, in Salem, Arkansas. Gerald was born July 1, 1937, to Allen J. Church and Vannie Rachael (Cole) Church in Paragould, Arkansas. 

Gerald was united in marriage to Geraldine C. Craig on November 22, 1959, in Paragould, Arkansas. Gerald spent his working years as a Quality Inspector for over forty-three years for Hussmann Refrigeration. Gerald enjoyed fishing, woodworking, guitars, and playing music at church. He loved his family dearly and was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church in Salem, Arkansas. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, and friend. 

Gerald leaves to mourn his passing; wife, Geraldine Church of Salem, Arkansas; three sons, Bill W. Church (Renea) of Alton, Missouri, Dennis A. Church (Debbie) of Liberty, Illinois, and Craig F. Church of Osage Beach, Missouri; five grandchildren, Timothy Church, Elizabeth Fisher (Kyle), Christopher Church, Benjamin Church, and Jacob Church; three great grandchildren, Dimitri Church, William Fisher, and Theodore Church; niece, Geraldine Smith (Terry) of St. Louis, Missouri; many other family and friends. Gerald is preceded in death by his parents, brother (A.V. Church), and sister-in-law (Elsie). 

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time. Memorials may be made to Disabled Veterans. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
