Bobby Lawrence Cunningham

Bobby Lawrence Cunningham, 66, of Oxford, Arkansas, passed away from this life on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at his home in Oxford, Arkansas. Bobby was born to Bobby J. Cunningham and Shirley (Wood) Cunningham on November 4, 1956, in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas.  
 
Bobby was united in marriage to Evonda James on June 29, 1979, in Viola, Arkansas. Bobby spent his working years as a forklift driver with Mohawk Flooring in Melbourne, Arkansas. Bobby loved his family and his dog "Dem" dearly. Some of his favorite activities were hunting, fishing, and working on the farm. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father, and friend. 
 
Bobby leaves to mourn his passing, wife, Evonda Cunningham of the home in Oxford, Arkansas; two daughters, Krissy Cunningham (Brit Burns) of Lakeview, Arkansas and Lauren Cunningham (Chase Walker) of Hand Cove, Arkansas; mother, Shirley Cunningham of Oxford, Arkansas; two sisters, Brenda Gilbert of Oxford, Arkansas and Denise Russell (Jerry) of Melbourne, Arkansas; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, brother-in-law (Terry Gilbert), and grandparents.
 
Graveside services will be 10:00 AM, Friday, July 28, 2023, at the Oxford Cemetery in Oxford, Arkansas with Alfred Grice and Tom Atkins officiating. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Thursday, July 27, 2023, at Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.  Memorials may be made to the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, 2 Natural Resources Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72205.  Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
