Betty June Anders, 96, of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas passed from this life on Thursday, May 21, 2020 in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas. Betty was born June 28, 1923 to the late John Yeo and Grace (Burkheiser) Yeo in Centerville, Iowa.

Betty was united in marriage to Harry Ernest Anders on June 27, 1942 in Unionville, Missouri and to this union three children were born. Betty spent her working years as a homemaker and was a lifetime member of the VFW Auxiliary Post 7968 of Apache Junction, Arizona.  Betty was a member of the Red Hat Club in Cherokee Village, Arkansas, TOPS and the Fulton County Home Extension. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, and friend.

Betty is survived by her son, Ed Anders (Mary Gaeke) of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas; daughter, Janet Snyder of Apache Junction, Arizona; four grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, daughter (Carol Troutner), granddaughter (Michelle Mallette), brother and sister.

Memorial services will be at a later date in Centerville, Iowa. Memorials may be made to the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
