Vicki Sue Hutson

Vicki Sue Hutson, 60, of Viola, Arkansas, was born on April 8, 1956, in Lubbock, Texas, daughter of Robert and Mildred Louise (Louderback) Work. She departed this life on September 9, 2016 at Viola, Arkansas. Vicki married Steven Bruce Hutson at Viola, Arkansas on December 23, 1978 and to this union 2 children were born. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and a homemaker. She was of the Baptist faith. Vicki is survived by her husband, Steven Bruce Hutson of Viola, Arkansas; two daughters, Amanda McElveen (Cecil) of Clute, Texas and Rebecca Mehl (Brent) of Richmond, Texas; three brothers, Tom Work (Barbara) of Plano, Texas, Ronnie Folk (Diane) of Rudyard, Montana, and Tim Work of Decatur, Alabama; five sisters, Linda Claymon of Ark City, Kansas, Kay Mason of Peace Valley, Missouri, Connie Smith of Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma, Sallye Anzaluda of Viola, Arkansas, and Becky Cray (Scott) of Seligman, Arizona; three grandchildren, Chelsey McElveen (Jason Palmer), Alyssa Cook (Justin), and Desiree Crane (David Henson); two great grandchildren, Connor Dale Palmer and Libby Grace Cook and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and two nephews (Joe Clifton and Cliff Smith). Memorial services will be held on Monday, September 12, 2016, 2:00 PM, at Barker Funeral Home, in Salem, Arkansas with Logan Welch officiating. Memorials may be made to the SPCA. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home of Salem, Arkansas.
