Bonnie Lee Taylor was born in St. Johns, Michigan, April 10, 1942 , the son of Asa Theodore and Bessie Bell (Fockler) Taylor. He departed this life Thursday, May 26, 2016, at his home in Salem, Arkansas, at the age of 74 years, 1 month and 16 days.
Bonnie was united in marriage to Georgene Noralee Numerick on May 27, 1961, in Owosso, Michigan. He was employed with Johnson Control as a quality controller for many years. Bonnie was a member of the Pentecostal Lighthouse in Glencoe, Arkansas. He will be missed greatly by all who knew and truly loved him.
Bonnie is survived by his wife, Georgene Taylor of Salem, Arkansas; four daughters, Tracy Kenefick (David) of Batesville, Arkansas, Bonna Dodge (Mark), Dawn Foreman (Randy), and Sheila Islas (Marcos), all of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and one brother.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, May 29, 2016, 2:00 PM at the Pentecostal Lighthouse, 329 Hwy 289 South, Glencoe, Arkansas, with Bro. Mark Dodge officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Barker Funeral Home of Salem. Memorials preferred to the Humane Society or Pentecostal Lighthouse.
