Marjorie Lee Coleman was born January 27, 1923, in Hastings, West Virginia, daughter of Elza Herbert and Maude Bell (Fox) Richardson. She departed this life Tuesday, November 3, 2015, at Southfork River Therapy and Living Center in Salem, Arkansas, at the age of 92 years, 9 months and 7 days. Marjorie was employed with Forrest City Grocery for many years after earning her 4 year college degree. She was a member of the Pocahontas Methodist Church. Marjorie was a loving mother to her children and will be remembered by many as the "neighborhood mom". She was an avid St. Louis Cardinal baseball fan. Marjorie is survived by two sons, Russell Noble (Lynne) of West Lafayette, Indiana, and Mel Coleman (Debbie) of Salem, Arkansas; a stepdaughter, Pam Dunavant (Eddie) of Little Rock, Arkansas; five grandchildren, Heather Tilghman (Matt), Nicholas Coleman (Leah), Tanner Coleman (Sofie), David Dunavant and Michael Dunavant; four great grandchildren, Jack, Tucker, Kennedy and Madeline; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wayne Coleman; and two brothers, Bob and Bill Richardson. Graveside services will be held at Masonic Cemetery in Pocahontas, Arkansas, 11:00 AM Friday, November 6, 2015, with Bro. John Hodges officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Barker Funeral Home of Salem, Arkansas. Memorials preferred to Arkansas Children's Hospital.
