Benjamin Henry DeKeyser was born in Racine, Wisconsin, on June 24, 1929, the son of Philip and Elvira (Neetesonne) DeKeyser. He departed this life Wednesday, August 19, 2015, at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas, at the age of 86 years, 1 month and 26 days.
Benjamin was united in marriage to Romona Maryland Hail on April 22, 1950, in Yorkville, Wisconsin. He served with the US Army during the Korean War. Benjamin was a painter for J.I. Case Company, a tractor manufacturer, for many years. He was of the Lutheran faith and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Benjamin is survived by two daughters, Karen Williams and husband Lance, and Kimberly Killingsworth, both of Glencoe, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Deanna Garcia and Melissa Twigg; five great grandchildren, Hannah Garcia, Tyler Camp, Seth Twigg, Cameron Twigg and Jacob Ciecka; his twin brother, Daniel DeKeyser of Crivitz, Wisconsin; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Romona, one son, Kurt DeKeyser; his parents; one sister and two brothers.
