Gaylyn Sue Alsup was born in Kansas City, Kansas, on July 13, 1954, daughter of James and Celia Evelyn (Dugan) Mullen. She departed this life Sunday, March 9, 2014, at her home in Viola, Arkansas, at the age of 59 years, 7 months and 24 days. Gaylyn was a home health aide in the healthcare industry for several years. She is survived by husband William Alsup of Viola, Arkansas; one daughter Laura Alsup-Mackey of Viola, Arkansas; one son Albert Alsup of Viola, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; four sisters, Cheryl Moore of Springfield, Missouri, Delta Lindsay of Conway, Missouri, Dorothy Wiseman of Kansas City, Kansas, and Goldie Clemmer of Paragould, Arkansas; three brothers, Wayne Clemmer and Mike Clemmer, both of Carthage, Missouri, and Richard Mullen of Kansas City, Missouri. Gaylyn was preceded in death by her parents, James and Celia Mullen, and Albert and Lorraine Gallipeau; four sisters, Daylene, Ruth Jean, Peggy and Rosebud; two brothers, Joseph and Jim.
