Terry Neil Arnold, 70, of Salem, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, December 5, 2013, at his home. Terry was born in West Jefferson, Alabama, on April 30, 1943, son of Gaines and Hazle Susie (Atkinson) Arnold.
Terry was united in marriage to Patricia Jean Mullin on October 10, 1964, in Anderson, Missouri. He worked as an Electrical Engineer for Armco Steel in Kansas City, Missouri, for 28 years and Ford Motor Company for 12 years. Terry served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Salem First Baptist Church.
Terry is survived by wife Patricia Arnold of the home in Salem, Arkansas; four sons, H. Wayne Arnold of Cabot, Arkansas, Gaines I. Arnold of Salem, Arkansas, K. Mark Arnold of Salem, Arkansas, and Patrick O. Arnold of East Lynn, Missouri;
eight grandchildren; Wade, Rose, Adam, Cory, Christina, Jacob, Hannah, and Andrew; five brothers, Larry Arnold of Salem, Arkansas, James Arnold of Birmingham, Alabama, Paul Arnold of Bessemer, Alabama, Lynn Arnold of Hagerstown, Alabama, and David Arnold of Quinton, Alabama; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Hollis Wayne and Roger Arnold.
Funeral services will be at the Salem First Baptist Church in Salem, Arkansas, Monday, December 9, 2013, 2:00 PM with Bro. John Hodges officiating. Interment will be in the Salem Cemetery in Salem. Visitation will be Sunday, December 8 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Salem First Baptist Church in Salem, Arkansas, with services under direction of Barker Funeral Home of Salem.
