Norbert L. "Woody" Wudarcki was born in Pontiac, Michigan on July 16, 1926, son of Lawrence and Mary (Walerych) Wudarcki. He departed this life on April 7, 2013, at Fulton County Hospital in Salem, Arkansas, at the age of 86 years, 8 months, and 22 days.
He was united in marriage on January 15, 1965, to Norma Lee (Brokaw) Wudarcki in Clarkston, Michigan.
"Woody" served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was a Machinist for General Motors for many years.
"Woody" is survived by his wife Norma of the home in Salem, Arkansas; five daughters, Linda Robertson
(Ron) of Goodrich, Michigan, Tina Chiappelli (John) of Lapeer, Michigan, Anna Seelbinder of Clarkston, Michigan, Lisa Drewyor of Marietta, Ohio, and Teresa Wudarcki of Grand Blanc, Michigan; three sons, Jack Chiappelli (Sandra) of Hartland, Michigan, Tom Chiappelli of Waterford, Michigan, and Jeff York (Sally) of Midland, Michigan; twentythree grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren and one brother John Wudarcki of Ortonville, Michigan. He was preceded by his parents, three brothers, and one great granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held in Barker Funeral Home Chapel, Salem, Arkansas, at 1:00 PM on Thursday, April 11, 2013, with Bro. John Hodges and Sach Oliver officiating. Interment in Shady Grove Cemetery, Salem, Arkansas, with services under direction of Barker Funeral Home of Salem. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 11, 11:00 AM until time of service. Pallbearers will be Thomas Drewyor, Jack Chiappelli, Tom Chiappelli, Eddie Oliver, Nicholas Robertson, Dave Wanika, Jim Pangus and Sach Oliver.
