Ethyl Jeanne Creech

Ethyl Jeanne Creech, 77, of Gassville, Arkansas, was born in Kitts, Kentucky on March 30, 1935, the daughter of George and Rebecca (Coots) Turner. She departed this life on February 13, 2013, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. She was united in marriage October 14, 1955, at Chicago, Illinois to Vester Odell Creech. Ethyl spent her working years with Mar Bax Shirt Factory as an assembler. She enjoyed crocheting and sewing. Ethyl was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was of the Protestant faith. Ethyl is survived by her husband Vester of the home; two sons, Carlyle Creech of Bentonville, Arkansas, and Eddie Creech, of Gassville, Arkansas; one granddaughter Breanna Creech; three brothers, Edward, Kerm and James; one sister Ruby; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers Bill, Claude and Oscar Turner. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 19, 2013, 1:00 PM, at Barker Funeral Home Chapel in Salem, Arkansas. Graveside services and interment will be held at Gassville Cemetery in Gassville, Arkansas at 3:00 PM, under the direction of Barker Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Orvel Klupp, Dusty Zelk, Larry Creech, Josh Allen, Bobby Kasinger and Jo Kasinger. Visitation will be held February 19, 2013, 11:00 AM til time of service at the funeral home.
