Martha Roach

Martha Roach was born on September 13, 1947, in Odessa, Texas to Art and Mary Roach.She departed this life on December 10, 2012, at Southfork Therapy and Living Center in Salem, Arkansas, at the age of 65 years, 2 months and 27 days. She graduated as Odessa, Texas, High School Valedictorian and had a four year college degree in both music and Spanish. She worked as a stewardess for a major airline. Martha is survived by a brother, Billy Roach, of Creston, Montana; two cousins, Paula Herron of Sachse, Texas and Janelle Jenson of Brooklyn, New York; godsister, Sharon Tillison of Alvin, Texas; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2012, 1:00 PM, at Barker Funeral Home Chapel in Salem, Arkansas, with Bro. Van Brown officiating. Interment will be in the Salem Cemetery under the direction of Barker Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday, 11:00 AM until service time.
