Truman Duwayne Hutchison

Truman Duwayne Hutchison, 74, of Sturkie, Arkansas, was born on February 15, 1938, in Sturkie, Arkansas, son of William Ozro and Nova N. (Peterson) Hutchison. He departed this life on June 10, 2012, at Fulton County Hospital in Salem, Arkansas. Truman spent his working years as an assembly line worker for Owens-Corning Fiberglass Company. He leaves to mourn his passing: companion, Ruby M. Shows of Sturkie, Arkansas; one son, Frank D. Hutchison (Jan) of Viola, Arkansas; one daughter, Linda K. Hutchison (Gary) of Viola, Arkansas; one brother, Jimmy Hutchison (Doris) of Tampa, Florida; two sisters, Freda Harris (Lee) of Watervliet, Michigan, and Kay Lewis (Pete) of Sturkie, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Christopher D. Hutchison and Sandra N. Metcalf; five great-grandchildren, Jaden, Lyric, River and Nevaeh Metcalf and Gauge Hutchison; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Wendal R. Hutchison, parents, and brother, Max L. Hutchison. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2012, 10:00 AM, at Watkins Cemetery in Sturkie, Arkansas, with Bro. John Hodges officiating. Interment in Watkins Cemetery under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Frank Hutchison, Christopher Hutchison, Melvin Lewis, Gary Doke, Harold Emery and Charles Aldridge.
