Pat Chapin Rumage

Pat Chapin Rumage, 69, of Salem, Arkansas, was born on July 2, 1942, in Manila, Arkansas, daughter of Edwin and Litha Jane (Craine) Chapin. She departed this life on June 6, 2012, at Fulton County Hospital in Salem, Arkansas. Pat was united in marriage to Ralph Clements and to this union, two children were born. She was later married to Charlie Rumage. Pat worked as a seamstress at Tri County Shirt Company for several years and she was of the Baptist faith. She leaves to mourn her passing: one daughter, Pam Wiggins of North Little Rock, Arkansas; one brother, Danny Hendon of Alton, Missouri; two sisters, Joyce Shepard of Thayer, Missouri, and Linda Cunningham and husband Gerald of Camp, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Travis Massa and wife Jen of Cabot, Arkansas, and Miranda Wiggins of Cabot, Arkansas; one great-grandchild, Mackenzie Massa; several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husbands, son Randy Clements, parents, two brothers, Harold and Jim Chapin, and two sisters, Kay Cunningham and Carolyn Henry. A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 11, 2012, 2:00 PM, at Camp Cemetery in Camp, Arkansas, with Bro. John Hodges officiating, under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas. Memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society.
