Gerhardt Rienhold Wruck, 92, of Salem, Arkansas, was born on February 19, 1919, in Coloma, Wisconsin, son of August and Martha (Damrose) Wruck, Sr. He departed this life on January 9, 2012, at Southfork River Therapy and Living Center in Salem, Arkansas. Gerhardt spent his working years as a dairy farmer. He served his country in the United States Navy during World War II and he was of the Lutheran faith. He leaves to mourn his passing: two sons, Darrell Wruck of Redmond, Oregon, and Roland Wruck of Hixton, Wisconsin; three daughters, Connie Wolbert of EauClaire, Wisconsin, Shelby Ellefson and husband Randy of Spring Valley, Wisconsin, and Carol Thole of St. Paul, Minnesota; seven grandchildren and one great-grandson: special friend Ruth Wright and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, twelve brothers and sisters and one granddaughter. The body was cremated under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
